R&D is the main advantage of LarpGears CO., LTD, as we have a professional team specializes in R&D. Kent is core of the team, he has been project engineer more than 15 years. Since 1999 Kent as mechanical engineer worked in Gemmy who supply kinds of products to well-known companies such as Hasbro, Desney,etc., he knew the standards and safety about toys very well.

At 2009, after Kent has inherited to manager a latex mask factory from his family, once by chance, a customer from USA brought three LARP weapons to him. He exciting realized this is a wonderful field and love it very much. With great passion for the work with his team, we have successful developed 2 patents in LARP field till now.

John is a designer to creating kinds of 3D files by using Zbrush, MaYa, and photoshop software.
He is very interesting in paint and sketch when he was young, during in university, he studied several 3D designing software, and his major was animation.

Charley is a sculptor with more than 12years experience in clay sculpture and prototype making.

He is very good at making high realistic replicas and focus on details.
